What youll get up to:

  • Lead and support kitchen teams across up to 10 locations sharing your knowledge of kitchen skills and kitchen management alike.
  • Work closely with the senior food operations manager and directors on new menu launches ensuring consistency and quality in your venues.
  • Train and mentor chefs, delivering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with your partnered operations manager to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the sites and group.
