About this site
We're recruiting General Managers across multiple stunning Lake District sites - ranging from high-occupancy inns with significant food and rooms revenue, to smaller gems with bags of character and loyal local followings.
What you'll be doing?
- Leading the full operation - food and beverage, accommodation, housekeeping, events and leisure facilities.
- Building and developing a strong team genuinely proud of where they work.
- Driving commercial performance - revenue, covers, occupancy, GP.
- Owning the guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Working closely with your Area Operations Manager on strategy and growth.
- Embedding the group's values and culture at site level.
