About this site

We're recruiting General Managers across multiple stunning Lake District sites - ranging from high-occupancy inns with significant food and rooms revenue, to smaller gems with bags of character and loyal local followings.

What you'll be doing?

  • Leading the full operation - food and beverage, accommodation, housekeeping, events and leisure facilities.
  • Building and developing a strong team genuinely proud of where they work.
  • Driving commercial performance - revenue, covers, occupancy, GP.
  • Owning the guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Working closely with your Area Operations Manager on strategy and growth.
  • Embedding the group's values and culture at site level.
