They are looking for an exceptional hospitality workplace front of house champion to support their mission to provide the best workplace experience in the North West.
THE ROLE
- Delivering an exceptional workplace experience
- Ensuring all spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for employees and visitors
- Customer-facing operations: Being the first point of contact for employees and ensuring all needs are met
- Facilities and maintenance support: Assisting with building upkeep, cleanliness, and minor maintenance tasks
- Using technology effectively: Utilising basic software such as email, Zoom, Excel, and Word
- Transporting employees: Driving employees between Knutsford train station and our workplace using our company minibus (automatic Mercedes Vito)
- Stock control and rotation: Ensuring all workplace supplies are well-stocked and maintained
- Supporting workplace events: Assisting in the organisation and execution of events such as employee parties, theme days, and recruitment events
- Workplace safety and compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, onboarding new starters, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH compliance

ESSENTIAL
- 5+ years of experience in workplace or hotel operations or a customer-facing operational delivery role
- High cleaning standards with a strong attention to detail
- Full driving license for 2+ years, comfortable driving an automatic people carrier
- Experience using technology to a good level, including email, Zoom, Excel, and Word
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team dynamic
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and working shifts as needed
