We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chefs to join a rural property.
Salary up to £36,000 per annum plus tips, 45-48 hours per week. Subsidised accommodation/laundry/meals provided.
Producing British & international cuisine, you will have UK cuisine experience and a strong track record working in either restaurants, cruise ships or health care catering. This is an ideal role for a chef looking for a long-term, stable career move with development opportunities. Sponsorship for skilled workers is available.
As Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef, you will be involved in food preparation and cooking on the line during service. You will have the knowledge and skills to run your section and support the Head Chef in executing the menu.
You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.
