We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual Pub General Manager to lead the Strasbourg site. You'll be a natural leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance. Fluency in both French and English is essential to connect with a diverse guest base and team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & People Management: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team. Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Hold regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service in line with company standards. Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively. Maintain a warm, vibrant, and welcoming pub atmosphere.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations. Manage stock control, supplier orders, and inventory. Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. - Proven success as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality (pubs, bars, or restaurants).
