We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a motivated
Artist Recruitment Intern
to help us onboard hundreds of new artists in the coming months.

Role Overview

As an
Independent Artist Recruitment Intern
, you will play a key role in growing our artist community. You will identify talented independent musicians, reach out to them, onboard them onto the platform, and support them through the sign-up process. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about music, talent discovery, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research independent artists across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud, Audiomack, and Spotify.
• Conduct direct outreach via DMs, email, WhatsApp, and music communities to invite artists to join MySoundsGlobal.
• Explain the platform's value proposition and guide artists through sign-up and onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines using Google Sheets/CRM tools.
• Support the Artist Onboarding Team by collecting bios, images, and content from new artists.
• Represent MySoundsGlobal in music groups, online communities, and small events.
• Track daily recruitment goals and report weekly progress to the Artist Growth Manager.
• Provide feedback on artist needs, questions, and platform improvement ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in music, talent discovery, and emerging artists.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Confident using Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet weekly recruitment targets.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and building relationships.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets) preferred.
• Previous experience in music, entertainment, or campus communities is a plus (not required).
