Role Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, individualised learning support to SEND students in and out of class to enable equal access to the curriculum and promote independence
- Plan and review support, ensuring progress is tracked and monitored, and that each student’s needs are met effectively
- Assist with the JCQ exam access arrangement process, EHCP administration and other relevant duties as required
- Accommodate medical needs of students, such as seizure management, in collaboration with relevant staff
- Contribute to the College’s overarching goal of improving student achievement through specific support responsibilities
- Stay informed of and comply with safeguarding policies and procedures and act in accordance with statutory safeguarding requirements
