You will design and monitor strategies, ensure Gatsby Benchmarks compliance, and support students during busy results and enrolment periods.
You will personally deliver 1:1 guidance, run employability workshops, and collaborate with the WMAT Careers Service to maximise opportunities for learners and local partnerships.
