About The Role
Sixteenth is looking for a Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager, Sports to represent and grow our roster of sports Creators. In this role, you will help build and expand Sixteenth’s sports division, working closely with sports creators, athletes, and personalities to unlock meaningful brand partnerships and long-term opportunities.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Working closely with a roster of sports creators, athletes, and personalities—helping shape their commercial strategy and identifying the right partnerships to grow their careers.
- Speaking with brands, agencies, and partners across the sports and fitness ecosystem to uncover new collaboration opportunities for your talent.
- Negotiating and structuring brand deals that not only drive revenue but align with your creators’ voice, audience, and long-term vision.
- Advising your creators on everything from brand positioning to content opportunities, helping them navigate and maximize the rapidly evolving creator economy.
- Collaborating with the Talent Director to identify emerging sports creators and athletes who could be the next breakout talent for Sixteenth’s growing sports division.
- Managing partnerships from pitch through execution—ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver meaningful value for both brands and creators.
- Partnering with internal teams across partnerships, strategy, and campaign delivery to bring standout creator collaborations to life.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in talent management, sports marketing, sports agencies, or influencer partnerships—ideally within the sports industry.
- A genuine passion for sport and a deep interest in the growing sports creator ecosystem.
- A strong understanding of creator marketing, including how influencer partnerships and brand collaborations come together.
- A commercially minded approach, with a track record of generating new business and driving revenue through partnerships.
- The ability to balance business instincts with creativity—spotting opportunities that make sense both strategically and culturally.
- A strong pulse on the evolving landscape of sports, creators, and social platforms.
- Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Based in Farringdon, London, we embrace a flexible hybrid model. We ask our team to work from the office two to three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday serving as our “anchor days.” These days are dedicated to collaborating in person and celebrating Sixteenth’s vibrant culture together.
