- Network Operations & Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure across all sites.
- Oversee implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network services to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for secure cloud-based access and traffic routing.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to align network policies with security standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Vendor & Service Provider Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for network and security vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure delivery quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and drive continuous service improvement.
- Oversee escalations and coordinate with vendors for complex incident resolution.
- Strategy & Architecture
- Define and maintain the organization’s network strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Lead network transformation initiatives, including SD-WAN, zero-trust networking, and cloud connectivity projects.
- Partner with enterprise architecture and security teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions.
