- Network Operations & Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless infrastructure across all sites.
- Oversee implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network services to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for secure cloud-based access and traffic routing.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to align network policies with security standards and compliance requirements.

- Vendor & Service Provider Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for network and security vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers.
