This is a full-time hybrid role for a USA College Sports Consultant, based in Greater London with the flexibility of working from home part-time. The consultant will educate student athletes and families in the UK on the US college sport opportunities, assist international student-athletes with college placements by offering tailored guidance on sports scholarships, academic requirements, and the application process. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing athletic and academic potential
- Advising on college options
- Maintaining communication with colleges
- Creating personalized strategies for each athlete’s recruitment journey
- Liaising with families
- Providing coaching insights
- Ensuring a seamless experience for clients
Qualifications:
- Former USA college student-athlete
- Bachelor's and/or Associate's Degree
- Experience in Sales
- Knowledge of USA college sports landscape
- Excellent Communication skills, particularly in advising young athletes and their families
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, including remote and in-office tasks
- Familiarity with the U.S. college athletics recruitment process is a plus
- Strong Presentation skills
