This is a full-time hybrid role for a USA College Sports Consultant, based in Greater London with the flexibility of working from home part-time. The consultant will educate student athletes and families in the UK on the US college sport opportunities, assist international student-athletes with college placements by offering tailored guidance on sports scholarships, academic requirements, and the application process. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing athletic and academic potential
  • Advising on college options
  • Maintaining communication with colleges
  • Creating personalized strategies for each athlete’s recruitment journey
  • Liaising with families
  • Providing coaching insights
  • Ensuring a seamless experience for clients

Qualifications:

  • Former USA college student-athlete
  • Bachelor's and/or Associate's Degree
  • Experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of USA college sports landscape
  • Excellent Communication skills, particularly in advising young athletes and their families
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, including remote and in-office tasks
  • Familiarity with the U.S. college athletics recruitment process is a plus
  • Strong Presentation skills
