This is a role for someone with an established network across architecture & design, design & build and dealer markets, who values long-term relationships. You’ll play a senior role in developing our presence, working across the full commercial journey to ensure our products are specified and projects successfully delivered. You’ll be based in London, using our Clerkenwell showroom as your base camp.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with architects and designers, design & build practices, dealer practices and key influencers, positioning sixteen3 as a furniture partner.
- Leveraging our specification position across the project ecosystem, working closely with our existing team to secure successful project delivery.
- Representing sixteen3 in the London market with credibility, warmth and a clear point of view.
- Feeding insight from the market back into the business, with the opportunity to help guide the continued evolution of our strategy and product portfolio.
About you:
- You have significant knowledge and experience in relationship management and specification-led business development within commercial office interiors. Cross segment experience, including hospitality and higher education sectors is preferable.
- You have a demonstrable track record of building significant market share with major market influencers.
- You bring an established senior network across architecture, design and/or design & build, particularly within London (with the ability to connect wider relationships into our regional team where relevant).
- You’re comfortable building influence through trust, and have a genuine appreciation for good design and the wider built environment.
What we offer:
- A chance to be part of a rapidly evolving brand, with real scope to shape how sixteen3 continues to grow and develop.
- A design-led, founder-driven business with in-house UK manufacturing, and a close-knit team of people who are considerate, creative, and committed.
- Six-figure OTE potential, aligned to experience and impact.
- A welcoming Clerkenwell showroom that acts as a base, meeting place and platform for networking and events.
