SIXTEEN are retained to find 2 x Video Editor to join a growing creative studio operating at the intersection of storytelling, data, and design. The roles focus on creating short-form video content for user acquisition and performance marketing needs of a fast-growing AI startup.

The Role

You will collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to produce, test, and refine short-form video ads across social and digital channels. You will translate insights from performance data into creative routes, looking closely for the link between data & conversion with the best visual content you can create.

You will bring a contemporary understanding of motion, pacing, and attention psychology, creating content that stands out and connects instantly with audiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing environments (e-commerce, gaming, or social advertising).
  • A proven ability to create short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in leading video editing software.
  • Ideally, a familiarity with AI or generative content tools to enhance workflow and ideation.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and impact.
  • An instinctive understanding of what captures attention and compels action.
