SIXTEEN is retained to deliver a culturally aware, marketing manager for a global studio, who operate at the intersection of fashion, music + culture. The role focuses on elevating the studio’s positioning, growing its market share, and increasing brand awareness through strategic communications, activations, and content.
About the Role – Our client is looking for a senior marketing manager, who can drive a range of marketing initiatives across their international footprint. As a result, they need someone au fait with the Film / Advertising / Creative Sectors.
You will work closely with the MD on refining an existing global strategy and collaborate with department heads to align marketing activities with the studio\’s evolution. You\’ll lead the marketing calendar, thinking specifically about activities such as, activations, key industry events, and editorial features. Sitting in this team will be a junior marketing manager, already embedded into the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the studio’s identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual direction aligns with B2B positioning.
- Support MD with marketing strategy, planned + Reactive content, whilst spotting further engagement opportunity.
- Coordinate and drive a global + local approach. This studio has sites in the UK, NYC & Europe.
- Support New Business + Sales ensuring portfolios are up to date, relevant and tailored for sales strategy. Advising on best practices for tactical outreach.
- Oversee overall international budget.
