Are you ready to take ownership of one of the most critical value levers in SIXT’s UK Van & Truck business? We are looking for a senior commercial leader to own the end-to-end vehicle lifecycle, driving profitability, fleet availability, and long-term growth through best-in-class procurement, fleet planning, and remarketing.

You will work at the heart of the UK leadership team, collaborating closely with European HQ functions and key external partners to ensure SIXT continues to scale sustainably while delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

- Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute the UK procurement strategy in alignment with European frameworks. Negotiate annual OEM agreements, manage spot purchases where required, and act as the UK market expert on vehicle models, pricing, and industry trends.
- Fleet Planning & Control: Plan and steer infleeting and defleeting activity to align fleet supply with commercial demand. Oversee fleet administration, including invoicing, tax, insurance, spare keys, and additional equipment, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Remarketing Leadership: Own the UK remarketing strategy across all disposal channels. Drive KPI-led, lean processes to maximise resale values and minimise total cost of ownership, working closely with the central remarketing team in Pullach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Controlling to ensure commercial decisions are fully aligned with operational and financial objectives. Act as a key commercial sparring partner to the Managing Director.
- External Stakeholder Management: Build and manage senior relationships with OEMs, dealerships, garages, and remarketing platforms, representing SIXT as a trusted, professional, and commercially astute partner.

- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Highly comfortable working with KPIs, performance metrics, and commercial data to drive informed decision-making and accountability.
- Strong Negotiator & Influencer: Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements and managing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Structured & Results-Focused Leader: Able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple complex topics in parallel, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
