The newly established Commercial department will be key in driving SIXT’s strategy forward. You as a Project Manager will have a unique opportunity to proactively manage the UK property & facilities portfolio and lead exciting commercial initiatives within SIXT UK. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead minor repair and maintenance work across branches, managing and appointing contractors.
- You ensure compliance and payment of business rates with local authorities.
- You manage utility contracts for all branches, ensuring timely invoice processing, accounting in P&L, and negotiate new contracts and rates.
- You oversee the health and safety contract, keeping accreditations and training up to date in all branches.
- You own IT equipment management at head office, handle repairs, and support the IT needs of the branch network.
- You manage non-motor key suppliers efficiently.
