As a Sales Executive – Farmer within the SIXT Van & Truck team, you will be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of existing corporate accounts. Your focus is on deepening relationships, maximising revenue through cross‑selling and upselling, and ensuring customers are fully activated across SIXT's Van & Truck product suite. This is a relationship‑driven, revenue‑accountable role sitting at the heart of SIXT's commercial vehicle growth ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of existing B2B corporate accounts in the Van & Truck segment.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive cross‑sell and upsell of SIXT V&T products (Short‑Term, Long‑Term Classic, Long‑Term Fleet, SIXT+).
- Conduct regular account reviews to monitor revenue performance, usage trends and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Ensure timely rate renewals and contract extensions in line with discount approval frameworks.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, multi‑level relationships with key stakeholders (fleet managers, procurement, logistics leads).
- Conduct structured review calls and meetings (categorised as Review Call, Review Meeting, or Relationship Building activities in Salesforce).
- Proactively manage complaints and escalations in line with the Complaint Management process.
- Deliver a premium service experience consistent with SIXT's brand standards.
- Introduce and sell additional services such as racking systems, vehicle livery/stickers, interior protection, and equipment packages.
- Educate customers on Van & Truck product benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure seamless operational support for accounts.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, account activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
- Maintain up‑to‑date account and contact records.
- Provide regular reporting on rents, deal pipeline and customer health.
- Use reporting tools to monitor account‑level Van & Truck revenue (filterable by car/truck).
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Van & Truck HQ team on complex deals, pricing approvals and CEP/seasonal peak requirements.
- Partner with the Tender & Implementation and Negotiators teams on key account renewals.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for complaint resolutions.
- Liaise with the creditworthiness/finance team on security deposit requirements for high‑volume accounts.
