The Sales Performance Coach at SIXT is your chance to lead and inspire rental sales agents and branch managers across your own patch in the UK. You will train teams to optimize the rental experience by selling extras tailored to customer needs, delivering outstanding service, and upskilling location leaders in coaching and leadership. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You train rental agents to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
  • You coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting.
  • You conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations providing data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership.
  • You recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture.
  • You advise as an expert on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and extras.
  • You regularly meet with branch and regional managers to review progress and complete detailed reporting.
  • You analyze detailed data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to deliver tailored reporting that supports operations teams in maximizing sales and service.
  • You meet all sales and service standards while handling customer complaints professionally and confidently.

Experience

You bring a minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales, ideally with a track record of meeting sales quotas or commission-based roles.

Expertise

You translate quantified data into concrete actions that improve operational team performance and monitor impact.

Commitment

You are available to travel extensively within your assigned patch, with minimal overnight stays.

Soft Skills

You excel at interpersonal relationship building and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
