YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You train rental agents to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
- You coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales, service, and goal-setting.
- You conduct and document Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback evaluations providing data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership.
- You recognize and reward sales staff to build morale and strengthen branch culture.
- You advise as an expert on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and extras.
- You regularly meet with branch and regional managers to review progress and complete detailed reporting.
- You analyze detailed data using AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to deliver tailored reporting that supports operations teams in maximizing sales and service.
- You meet all sales and service standards while handling customer complaints professionally and confidently.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
