Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
- You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience.
- You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
- You assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand.
- You manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service.
- You support in preparing, cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers as and when required.
- You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support.
- You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
- You are communicative and articulate in English.
- You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- You hold a valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience.
