Benefit from great development opportunities – with a guaranteed take home of £29,004, with a basic salary of £27,204.78 annually, a 6 month guaranteed bonus of £300 per month and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £45,000.
YOUR ROLE
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
- You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience.
- You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organised, service-oriented and always with a smile.
- As part of a dynamic branch environment, you will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager.
- You’ll assist in refuelling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand.
- You’ll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service.
- You’ll support in preparing, cleaning, and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers.
YOUR SKILLS
- Sales Mindset: You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support.
- Customer Focus: You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
- Communication: You are communicative and articulate in English.
- Flexibility: You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Driving Experience: You hold a valid driver's licence with at least 12 months of driving experience.
