YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
- You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience.
- You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
- You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
- You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact.
Qualifications
- You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
- You are communicative and articulate in English.
- You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time.
- You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact.
