SIXT Van & Truck is seeking a driven and commercially focused New Business Manager Southwest. Are you passionate about winning new business and building long-term customer partnerships? As SIXT Van & Truck continues to expand across the UK, we\’re looking for an ambitious New Business Manager to help accelerate our growth across the Southwest region.

In this field-based role, you\’ll champion our innovative \”usership over ownership\” model, helping SMEs unlock flexible, cost-effective fleet solutions that keep their businesses moving. From builders and electricians to couriers and tradespeople, their vehicles are their livelihood – and you\’ll be the trusted partner who keeps them on the road.

Your Role at SIXT VAN & TRUCK

  • Territory Ownership & New Business Growth: Take full ownership of your territory, proactively identifying and developing new SME fleet customers across London and the Southwest
  • Field-Based Customer Engagement: Spend your time on the ground meeting customers, understanding their operations, and uncovering opportunities where SIXT Van & Truck can add real value.
  • Market Insight & Opportunity Spotting: Stay close to local market activity, upcoming projects, and commercial developments to open doors and initiate meaningful sales conversations.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Assess each customer\’s unique requirements and design tailored mobility solutions using the full SIXT Van & Truck product portfolio.
  • Deal Conversion & Relationship Building: Generate your own leads, convert them into active trading accounts, and deliver ongoing support that builds loyalty and long-term partnerships.
