YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You monitor fleet management systems to identify upcoming service intervals and MOT due dates.
  • You proactively schedule and book maintenance appointments with approved garages and service centres.
  • You send advance notifications and manage vehicle collections, deliveries, and courtesy vehicle arrangements.
  • You raise purchase orders and verify job completion and invoices against work performed.
  • You actively monitor compliance alerts and elevate risks to the Maintenance Manager.
  • You build effective supplier relationships and support breakdown response during peak demand.

  • Experience: You have coordination, scheduling, or administration experience.
