The role has a basic salary of £30,500 plus a premium car from our fleet.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will take responsibility early, supporting KPIs, operational efficiency, and team success.
  • Preparing for your landing role through real business challenges and a final assessment.
  • Learning the business from the bottom to the top, starting as a Fleet Service Agent to learn our business from the ground up.
  • You will deliver exceptional premium customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • You will also rotate through core business functions like Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management.
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Growth mindset: You have a completed business management degree or have relevant experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and management.
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial potential: You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, driven to lead - you don’t wait for instructions, you take the lead.
  • Communication excellence: You have strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Proactive attitude: You work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
  • Agile flexibility: You are open to rotating across different locations and branches, you may also be asked to relocate in the UK.
  • Mobility readiness: You hold a valid driver’s license and have at least 1 year of driving experience and 6 points or less.
