The Workshop Coordinator – Vehicle Hire is responsible for coordinating servicing, maintenance scheduling, and administration of all SVAT vehicles and retail customers at the Dorset MOT Centre. You will ensure vehicles remain road‑legal and fit for hire while providing excellent communication and support to customers and internal teams.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You coordinate vehicle servicing schedules following manufacturers’ guidelines.
- You assist the Workshop Manager with daily service centre operations.
- You act as the first point of contact for retail customers and manage MOT bookings and communications.
- You liaise with dealerships on warranty claims and track progress for resolution.
- You coordinate free‑of‑charge replacement vehicles and manage FOC reports to minimise vehicle downtime.
- You maintain accurate records, manage invoicing, stock control, and provide purchase order management.
