Are you skilled at delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join SIXT\’s friendly Fleet Service team, where you\’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle returns, and providing first-class service. This role offers growth opportunities and a starting salary of £25,633.92 per year, plus bonuses. Please note this is a fixed-term contract ending around 30.09.2025.
Your Role at SIXT
- Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to high standards
- Complete handover paperwork for smooth customer transitions
- Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
- Inspect vehicles for damage, report issues, and document findings
- Verify damages with customers and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in refueling and support branch operations, representing the SIXT brand
