We currently have a great new opportunity for a customer focused Valeter / Driver to join our friendly but driven team in our Stansted Depot. The Vehicle Hire Division hires a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises. As a Driver / Valeter at SIXT Van & Truck, you are the face of our brand, ensuring vehicles are delivered in pristine condition and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cleanliness, and safe transport of our van and truck fleet, supporting our goal of delivering a premium customer experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Vehicle Presentation & Quality: You’ll prepare, clean, and valet all vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every car is presented in immaculate condition.
- Customer Interaction: You’ll handle smooth vehicle handovers and returns, completing all necessary paperwork while communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
- Fleet Operations: You’ll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between depots, ensuring timely service and supporting efficient depot operations, including refueling vehicles.
- Damage Reporting & Documentation: You’ll inspect vehicles for any damage during collection and return, accurately complete documentation, and promptly report findings to the depot manager.
