The Service Advisor role at SIXT Van and Truck offers an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at the Manchester Depot. This position is specifically suited to candidates with a background in the automotive or vehicle rental industry, who bring hands-on experience in managing vehicle maintenance and customer service within a fast-paced environment. You will handle customer queries related to vehicle breakdowns, ensuring excellent service and efficient repair management within budget.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You manage and respond to customer queries regarding breakdowns efficiently.
- You complete all administrative tasks related to customer service and vehicle maintenance.
- You oversee the daily maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
- You assist customers in resolving issues with exceptional customer service.
- You monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets to ensure compliance.
- You coordinate the workload of in-house and mobile mechanics and update maintenance records daily.
