Job Description: The Damage Claims Agent manages vehicle damage cases from incident report to repair completion and handover to the Billing & Recharge team. You will coordinate repairs, gather evidence, and communicate with customers, drivers, bodyshops, and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective vehicle return to service. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You receive and log damage reports, assessing evidence to prioritise and categorise incidents accurately.
  • You source and evaluate repair estimates, authorise repairs within limits, and coordinate repair bookings.
  • You monitor repair progress, arrange temporary vehicles, and conduct quality checks before handover.
  • You maintain accurate case records and compile files for Billing & Recharge handover.
  • You provide clear liability assessments and liaise with Insurance Professionals on complex cases.
  • You keep customers, drivers, and stakeholders updated and handle inquiries professionally within SLA.
