Job Description

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and develop the skills you need to lead in one of the world’s most innovative mobility companies. This program is unique because you don’t just complete it – you graduate into a leadership position, managing your own branch or joining a high-performing airport team. We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and proactive individuals ready to grow quickly. If you want to make an impact, lead with confidence, and shape the future of mobility, 1ST GEAR! is your starting line.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,500 plus a premium car from our fleet.

Important: If your application is successful, you must attend an Assessment Center on Tuesday, 19th August. The program starts at the end of September, and you may need to relocate within the UK after completing the program.

Your Role at SIXT

  • Support KPIs, operational efficiency, and team success early in the role
  • Prepare for your landing role through real business challenges and a final assessment
  • Learn the business from the ground up, starting as a Fleet Service Agent
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Rotate through core functions like Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, and Performance Management
  • Collaborate with Senior Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job

Your Skills Matter

  • Growth mindset: Completed business management degree or relevant experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or management
  • Leadership potential: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and driven to lead
  • Communication: Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Proactive attitude: Independent problem-solving and ownership
  • Flexibility: Willing to rotate across locations and relocate within the UK
  • Mobility readiness: Valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of driving experience, and 6 points or less
