Job Description: We currently have a great new opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our friendly but driven team in our Glasgow Depot. The Vehicle Hire Division hires a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises. As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operational management of our van and truck fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You ensure timely and accurate completion of all administration tasks.
- You effectively communicate with all internal depots to ensure all stock is kept up to date and correctly categorised.
- You update monthly Cap Values and Net Book values.
- You liaise with our Remarketing partners to ensure vehicles are sold in a timely manner.
- You prepare weekly disposal reports with Depots.
- You work as part of a team as well as individually.
