As a Commercial Operations Professional, you will take ownership of key operational processes that support the lifecycle of our commercial vehicle fleet, combining fleet administration, insurance management and commercial coordination. Working closely with depots, Operations, Commercial and external partners, you will drive operational excellence and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You own key fleet administration processes and maintain accurate fleet records across all internal systems.
- You manage fleet insurance administration, including COI renewals, total loss and stolen vehicle claims from notification to settlement.
- You act as the primary contact for insurance providers, brokers and claims partners, and process DPA requests in line with legal requirements.
- You work closely with the Remarketing team to ensure accurate and timely administration of sold vehicles.
- You identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support the implementation of new systems and reporting tools.
- You build strong relationships across Commercial, Operations and the depot network to deliver shared objectives.
