The Workshop Coordinator – Vehicle Hire is responsible for coordinating servicing, maintenance scheduling, and administration of all SVAT vehicles and retail customers at the Dorset MOT Centre. You will ensure vehicles remain road-legal and fit for hire while providing excellent communication and support to customers and internal teams.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You coordinate vehicle servicing schedules following manufacturers’ guidelines.
  • You assist the Workshop Manager with daily service centre operations.
  • You act as the first point of contact for retail customers and manage MOT bookings and communications.
  • You liaise with dealerships on warranty claims and track progress for resolution.
  • You coordinate free-of-charge replacement vehicles and manage FOC reports to minimise vehicle downtime.
  • You maintain accurate records, manage invoicing, stock control, and provide purchase order management.
