Position: Part-Time Rental Agent (Evenings & Weekends, 46-hour shifts, 4-16 hours per week) Location: Belfast City Airport, Belfast International Airport, Belfast City Centre Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hour depending on experience About Us: SIXT Rent a Car is a global leader in vehicle rental services, renowned for our premium fleet, exceptional customer service, and strong international presence. About the Role: As a Part-Time Rental Agent, youll be the face of SIXT, responsible for providing a smooth and efficient rental process for our customers. Your role will include: Renting Vehicles: Assisting customers with their vehicle hire needs, managing bookings, and offering expert advice on available vehicle options. Checking in Returned Vehicles: Inspecting vehicles for any damage, noting mileage and fuel levels, and ensuring each car is ready for the next customer. Fleet Management: Helping manage vehicle availability, coordinating vehicle deliveries and returns to keep operations running smoothly. Administrative Duties: Completing rental paperwork, updating customer information, and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and thrives on delivering high-quality customer service. Essential Criteria: Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with customers in a professional and efficient manner. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Driving License: A valid full driving license and must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes. Ability to provide a clean Access NI (background) check for Airport Pass. Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Desirable Criteria: Previous Experience: Experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided. Knowledge of Rental Processes: Familiarity with vehicle rental systems or similar customer service operations is an advantage.
