SIX Securities Services is a leading provider of post-trade financial market infrastructure, offering custody, clearing, settlement, and asset servicing solutions to financial institutions worldwide. As part of the SIX Group, we play a central role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of the Swiss and international capital markets. We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will manage key institutional clients, strengthen long-term partnerships, and help clients navigate our custody and clearing solutions while driving business growth. Exposure/experience working with trade repositories and fixed income products would be beneficial.
What You Will Do
- Drive relationships across clearing, custody, digital assets, asset servicing, securities finance and trade repository, responsible for the end-to-end coverage across the entire Securities Post-Trade value chain out of our UK office.
- Build, develop and extend strategic relationships on respective levels with banks, broker/dealers and other selective financial institutions as appropriate to grow the business across the business lines.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities in close collaboration with your dedicated sales colleagues across the value chain, ensuring clients benefit from the full suite of services.
- Implement new mandates in close cooperation with the clients and relevant internal stakeholders (sales manager, product management, operations, project management, etc.).
- Client intelligence, monitor/analyze client activities and financials.
- Articulate and actively manage individual account business plans, report KPI figures through periodic updates, internal reporting and to ad-hoc inquiries.
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of our core business across our value chain with a focus on clearing, custody, asset servicing, securities finance and trade repository the respective market and client requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relationship management role and 10 years of financial industry experience (B2B).
- Structured and thorough approach to solve issues and address requirements in a solution oriented effective way.
- High level of customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent reporting, presentation, verbal and written skills in English.
