We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Front of House Assistant to join the team at Six by Nico Merchant City.
The role Our front of house team plays a fundamental role in delivering a professional and informative service in a fun and exciting atmosphere; we are looking for someone who is confident and bursting with personality. With every new menu, there is an opportunity to develop your personal knowledge of food and wine as we provide in-house training to ensure you are ready to deliver first class service that we are renowned for.
As a Front of House Assistant, key responsibilities would be:
- Maintaining skills and product knowledge on current menus
- Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to customers with food & wine descriptions
- Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
- Displaying enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues.
