We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role involves:

  • Taking direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring a high level of food safety is maintained.
  • Running a section during the day-to-day service; sections will alternate for personal development.
  • Having a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety.
  • Being committed to delivering first-class service.
  • Having a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Possessing good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
