Are you looking to grow your career in a dynamic, collaborative environment?
We are seeking a Data Licensing Specialist for Finance & Process Automation to join our London-based Data Licensing Managment team, with responsibility for financial tasks, operational compliance and quality assurance.
You will work with minimal supervision and manage a varied workload.
The role involves supporting Customers, Data Suppliers, Sales, Data Acquisition and the wider Customer Operations team, while working closely with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Controlling.
You will manage external relationships on financial matters, support issue resolution, and play an active role in process improvement, automation initiatives and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across operational activities.
The role offers the opportunity to combine financial process ownership with innovation, helping to improve efficiency, scalability and service quality within Customer Operations and Data Licensing Management.
Accuracy, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in continuous improvement are essential.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and enrich critical reference and master data across financial information services, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Perform sanctions screening and security master data controls in line with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and resolve exceptions to support operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to improve data processes and controls.
- Contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.

- Experience in operations, data management, business process outsourcing, financial services, or a related environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze, validate, and maintain large volumes of sensitive data accurately.
- Knowledge of sanctions screening, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML principles, or financial market infrastructure is advantageous.
