As a key contributor to our sales operations, you will manage a defined customer territory in close collaboration with a Sales Representative. You will also take ownership of all administrative and support activities related to sales and the implementation of financial information systems for our clients.

What You Will Do
  • Territory Management: Oversee a customer sales territory in partnership with Sales and Account Managers, focusing on financial services products for US customers.
  • Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and issue resolution.
  • Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial customer information system.
  • Billing & Financial Oversight: Initiate invoicing processes and monitor dunning procedures and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion.
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a middle or back-office environment.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and well-organized approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
