Due to continued growth and new product development programmes, they are looking to appoint an experienced Systems Engineer with expertise in electronics design, sensor technology, and wireless communication systems.
The Role
You will lead the development of advanced monitoring and sensing systems, taking ownership of electronic hardware design from concept through validation and production. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will contribute to the development of robust, safety-critical products that operate in challenging real-world environments. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from initial system architecture and component selection through to testing, validation, and ongoing product support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced pressure and temperature monitoring systems.
- Define electronic architectures and ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Select, integrate, and validate electronic components with a focus on reliability, durability, and performance.
- Take ownership of end-to-end electronic system design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
