Dispute Resolution Manager with Immediate Start

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based engineering and automation firm that specialises in delivering tailored industrial solutions to clients across a variety of sectors worldwide. With a strong track record spanning several decades, this company is known for designing and building complex automated systems from concept through to delivery—all from their dedicated facility in the East Midlands. Due to continued business growth and a healthy pipeline of new projects, our client is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager with expertise in electrical systems and mechatronics. Electrical design of control panels and automation systems Oversight of system assembly, integration, and functional testing Collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to ensure project quality and performance Providing technical support to customer service and commercial teams Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering Proven experience in electrical control systems and custom machinery Competence in PC-based electrical design software Hands-on experience designing and supervising the build of assembly/test systems Varied and technically challenging projects from start to finish A collaborative work culture with real opportunities for personal and professional development If you’re an experienced controls engineer looking to step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking, project-driven company, we want to hear from you.
