About Six Stories
Six Stories is a bridal and occasionwear brand born from moments, the ones you’ll remember forever. Our hero Wifey sweater went viral for a reason: it speaks to a feeling. Our collections mix flattering fits, emotional design, and elevated simplicity. Now, we’re entering an exciting new phase, expanding our product range, global presence, and creative community.
About the role
We’re looking for a performance-obsessed Paid Media Manager to join our team - someone with a deep love for creative that converts and the commercial instinct to scale fast-growing brands. You’ll be the driving force behind our paid social strategy, with a particular focus on Meta and TikTok. While you won’t be designing the ads yourself, you’ll have an eye for what grabs attention and a geeky passion for testing creative concepts. You’ll be constantly refining briefs and pushing for bold, fresh ideas that drive clicks and conversions.
This role is perfect for someone who lives in the data but also understands the nuance of what truly makes someone stop scrolling. You’ll be just as at home inside Excel as you are deep-diving into ad performance or planning a creative test roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Build and manage campaign structures, budgets, and testing frameworks for full-funnel growth.
- Brief and collaborate with our in-house creative and social teams to develop high-performing ad content — testing hooks, formats, and new trends weekly.
- Analyse performance data daily and turn insights into actions: creative iterations, funnel improvements, spend shifts.
- Lead performance forecasting, budget pacing, and regular reporting to the wider team.
- Drive a clear and consistent attribution strategy, ensuring we understand impact across organic, influencer, affiliate, and paid.
- Work cross-functionally with brand, commercial, and trading teams to align paid media with business priorities.
- Champion creative performance thinking across the business - bringing energy and insight to how we scale.
You’ll love this role if you..
- 3+ years hands-on experience running and scaling paid social campaigns with deep Meta expertise (essential) and TikTok (preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS across acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Solid understanding of creative best practices, performance hooks, and testing methodologies.
- Confident building out budget plans and forecasting revenue impact from spend decisions.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets to analyse data, build reports, and model performance scenarios.
- Familiarity with attribution tools, post-purchase survey insights, and multi-channel performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to align with creative and commercial teams.
- A self-starter mindset with a constant drive to learn, test, and improve.
