Mission
Own how the Six Stories brand performs across our digital ecosystem, ensuring every touchpoint from website to CRM to paid is commercially effective, consistent, and aligned with the brand. You translate brand, product, and trade into a seamless customer journey that drives conversion, retention, and growth.
The Role
You are responsible for how Six Stories shows up across our digital ecosystem day-to-day. From how products are presented on site to how campaigns are executed across email and paid, you ensure everything is accurate, considered, and aligned with both brand and trade priorities. You use AI and tools to improve speed, accuracy, and output. We move quickly, stay close to trade, and focus on what drives performance. You are organised, commercially aware, and take pride in execution. You notice the details others miss and take full ownership of getting things right.
Outcomes
- Website accuracy, presentation, and performance. Own the day-to-day execution of the website, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and commercially optimised. What success looks like: Product listings are consistently accurate, complete, and launch-ready; Website merchandising feels fresh, considered, and aligned with trade; Homepage, landing pages, and categories reflect current priorities; The customer journey is clear, seamless, and conversion-focused; Issues are spotted and resolved quickly before they impact performance.
- Strong execution across CRM and paid. Support the smooth and accurate rollout of campaigns across email and paid channels. What success looks like: Email campaigns are built, scheduled, and segmented correctly and on time; Paid social assets are uploaded accurately with no delays to launches; Creative is formatted, named, and organised clearly; Campaign execution feels seamless across all channels.
- A clear reporting and feedback loop. Turn data into insight that improves how we trade and execute. What success looks like: Weekly reporting is clear, consistent, and actionable; Key metrics across e-commerce, CRM, and paid are monitored closely; Performance insights are fed back into future decisions; Opportunities and issues are identified proactively, not reactively.
