We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Assistant Merchandiser to support our growing wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for numbers, a passion for product, commercial drive, and a strong interest in how fashion moves from concept to customer, across partners like ASOS, Nordstrom, and more. This role will report into the Merchandising Director as part of our wider Product Team.
You’ll work closely with our buying team to help manage our product ranges across wholesale accounts, ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time, in the right quantities. Expect exposure to multiple departments, systems, and the full product lifecycle.
You must be highly organised, have confident energy and communication skills with an attention to detail that is second to none. The role will involve juggling multiple culminating tasks and projects, so the ability to remain focused and organised whilst managing your workload effectively is key.
Key Role Responsibilities:- Managing the administrational tasks accordingly for Wholesale Partners through effective management of critical paths
- Regularly communicating with Wholesale Partners, regarding trade performance, in season OTB and NPD, critical path & sample/shoot process
- Create Wholesale Trade Report and contribute to trading actions
- Trading our stock, maximising sales through rebuys
- Responsible for managing wholesale intake, bookings, compliance
- Maintain accurate range plans, line sheets, and order trackers
- Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs
- Request and interpret performance related data to drive better decision making
- Work collaboratively with logistics, finance and compliance teams on wholesale operations
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar merchandising, planning, or wholesale role
- Marketplace model experience is extremely beneficial
- Strong Excel and analytical skills - confident with data
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, curious and a strong communicator
- Passion for product and understanding of wholesale retail landscape
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
