THE ROLE
The Ecomm Manager owns the onsite customer journey – UX, navigation, merchandising, on‑site content, product presentation, conversion performance and CRO. You sit within the Trade Engine, directly impacting revenue and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Ownership: Own Shopify performance and experience end‑to‑end. Ensure fast load‑time, intuitive navigation, flawless mobile experience. Maintain best‑in‑class PDPs, imagery, sizing, fit guidance and messaging.
- Merchandising & CRO: Lead onsite merchandising strategy aligned with trade cycles. Run CRO tests and experiments to lift conversion rate and revenue. Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, click data and customer behaviour.
- International: Ensure US + other markets are optimised for shipping, duty, messaging, conversion. Maintain localisation strategy and market‑specific nuances.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Performance on landing pages; partner with Brand on on‑site branding and storytelling; partner with Ops on stock, sizing, alerts and pre‑orders.
