Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise the In Room Dining team.
- Review bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift.
- Engage in the operations throughout service and provide support to the team where required.
- Implement and maintain guest recognition program, taking special care with food likes and dislikes and allergies or special dietary requests.
- Assist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to In Room Dining & Minibar team.
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments, logging them and initiating appropriate action and follow up.
- Assist in the control of the outlet operational budget, ensuring that all costs are strictly controlled maximizing profitability.
- Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 year’s experience in a similar operational role.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
- Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
