I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with all day-to-day administration duties including reporting, updating the CRM system, purchasing orders.
- Overlook the department stationery and stock of client gifts.
- Create voucher certificates for business partners.
- Book arrangements for client entertainment on behalf of the Sales & Marketing team members and ensure that the specific outlets have all needed information to guarantee the best guest experience.
- Support site inspections, fam trips and client entertainment on site.
- Handle individual reservation requests for travel agents and business partners in partnership with the relevant Sales & Marketing team member.
- Support the Sales team members in regard to business trip preparation, follow up and expenses.
- Attend or conduct designated meetings and briefings.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Sales Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism, Sales or Communication.
- More than one year's experience in a marketing, communications or sales role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background.
- Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. All candidates must hold the right to work in the UK to be considered. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
