I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient operation of the Events department.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property.
  • Support the delivery of an excellent Events experience from enquiry through to arrival and departure, ensuring guests receive a high level of service at all times.
  • Assist guests and clients with enquiries and follow up on bookings to ensure all details are confirmed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate event records, booking information and follow-up files for prospective clients and leads.
  • Ensure all documentation, procedures and communications are completed accurately and in line with Six Senses guidelines and standards.
  • Build positive working relationships with other departments to support the smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Carry out all duties in a professional, ethical and responsible manner in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Attend team meetings and departmental briefings as required.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel or hospitality company with proven references.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
  • All candidates must hold the right to work in the UK to be considered. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
