Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure products and services are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
- Focus and support our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
- Assist in providing an exceptional guest experience service in the restaurant.
- Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints.
- Inspecting department and guests’ orders on a regular basis, ensuring any maintenance and product improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
- Support on leading a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses exceptional standards of service.
- Assist on the monthly inventory.
- Thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
- My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service outlet or similar hotel operational role. Hospitality Management Degree preferred.
- Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with various hotel systems including OPERA and MICROS platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
